Fred Abney

Fred Abney Sr currently serves on the ministerial, musical and teaching staff at First Baptist World Changers International Ministries in Detroit, Michigan under the leadership of Apostle Lennell & Pastor Carol Caldwell. Fred’s musical influences stem from William McDowell, Jonathan Dunn, Pastor Marvin Winans, Marvin Sapp, Fred Hammond and Pastor Bruce Parham. Striving to impact others, Fred Abney, Sr. is always striving to keep everyone that he comes in contact with encouraged no matter what they may be facing. As a happy and prosperous Husband, Father, Psalmist, Musician, Preacher/Teacher ; he is truly a servant at heart. Elder Fred Abney’s favorite scripture is Psalms 138:8 which states "The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me...." and his favorite quote is, "It's all good."
