About Flymore

FLYMORE Flymore formed in 2008 in Russia after a group of musicians in a band called Millennium decided that name was too ordinary. After experimenting with several different styles and genres, they found themselves irresistibly attracted to the form known as nu metal. It wasn’t the easiest choice, as the genre wasn’t particularly popular in Russia at the time, but the band opted to follow their hearts. Shortly thereafter they released their debut album, honoring the band’s past by titling it Millennium IV V. After a couple of personnel changes, Flymore’s current lineup formed in 2011, consisting of Igor “Fly” Mukhin on lead guitar, Max “Frozt” Morozov on vocals, Jonas “Storm” Blomqvist on a guitar, Paul Jones on bass and Gustaf “ThorBo” Bodén on drums. A special highlight for Flymore occurred in the spring of 2011, when they opened up for nu metal godfathers Korn in Belarus. They filmed the performance and later released a video, Flymore: Live in Minsk, which also featured band interviews and behind the scenes backstage footage. Flymore’s latest release, Mind Tricks, combines elements of dark wave, industrial and nu metal and features the international hits “No One No More” and “F.O.N.M.” official for the Flymore Nu Metal \,,/ band flymore-band.info wavedpm.com
