Flayed

FLAYED started it rocking existence in 2013 and from there everything went really fast for the six of them. The band might be young, its members nevertheless cumulate several hundred gigs with their past acts. It’s no surprise that, song after song, the alchemy sets in fast and a debut full-length is already in the planning while, gig after gig, the newly formed band quickly becomes a real stage-crushing machine, each of their performances getting noticed, leading them to play festivals such as Jazz à Vienne or Sylak Open Air, support the likes of Orange Goblin or Crowbar or even win the springboard of Guitare en Scène festival. Inspired by legends of Hard Rock such as AC/DC, Deep Purple or Black Sabbath as well as more recent artists such as, for example, Foo Fighters, FLAYED merges its influences to create its own stylistic niche ; an explosive cocktail of Hard Rock with catchy riffs, tremendous solos, powerful voice and Hammond organ giving the whole thing a good 70’s kick and a high dose of groovy melodies such as displayed on the band’s 2014 debut, “Symphony for the Flayed” quickly followed by its follow-up, 2015’s “Monster Man” in support of which FLAYED eventually crossed the Atlantic ocean for the first time, playing Québec in 2015. Following its unstoppable, Stakanovite, frantic pace, FLAYED will unleash its new EP fall 2016 and embark on a new tour upon launch. Hard Hitting Rock'n'Roll Groove Machine!
