Fueled by a new lineup and a passion for metal, Fires of Gomorrah is here to take the stage by storm. Their unique sound is a result of all their members' myriad influences combining to present a cohesive whole. This sound, which blends progressive elements and technicality with the brutality and melodic focus of modern metalcore and death metal, as well as their decades of collective experience playing out in the scene, brings a massive presence and energy to the stage. Fires of Gomorrah formed in 2009 by guitarist Mickey Beilman and vocalist Joe Dicanio. With the addition of Jonathan Rushford on drums, Alex Berard on guitar, and Dave Gaulkin on bass the lineup was completed for the time being. In late 2010, the post of vocalist was taken over by Dave, whose bass spot was in turn filled by James Pullen.
