About Fenrir
Formed in late 2009. Formally known as Revenant Shade, With various line-up changes along the way.
-Opened for Swiss folk metal legends Eluveitie early 2013 at the Metro Theatre
-Self titled E.P. Released mid 2013.
-Toured Japan on "Valentine Smashers Vol. II" early 2014 with Septic Flesh
- Have toured East coast of Australia, more times in Brisbane than others, usually for Odinfest or Shredfest.
-Released our debut album entiltled Loki's Slaughter April 2016.
-Following the leave of long term vocalist Duncan Jones, Bassist Nick Wilks has taken the mic and leading the way. And the band has left behind its folk, viking elements and concentrating purely on the technical speed thrash music we currently play.
-Our first New Zealand tour in May 2018 "Slaughter Downunder tour" including east coast of Australia along with our first Melbourne show.
