To have an idea. And to really embrace it. I always have some kind of rejection towards my ideas. That they're not good enough or that they're not believable. I don't think it's a lack of self-confidence or that I'm constructive. I'm just being mean. And perhaps I better stop that behaviour. First of all because It takes to long to get ahead in your work if you put that kind of weight on you. And I'm getting tired of walking around with that judgement all the time. It's a defence-mechanism. Of course I can't stop it. I just have to say this to myself so I understand. It's not very often I listen. I tend to talk. Or just think.
