On his CBC Music blog, Tim Tamashiro (host of CBC's national jazz program Tonic) recognized Fawn as one of Canada's "top swingers". She is the winner of the 2014 Julian Award of Excellence for Emerging Jazz Talent. Fawn sings in English, French, German, and Chinese, loves gourmet cooking, and is a passionate advocate for epilepsy research.
