Ethereality

Hailing from the cold, gray, and unforgiving Metro Detroit area, Ethereality is taking names and getting pissed. Fresh on the scene, the five-piece militia formed in 2012 donning iconic chrome masks symbolizing anonymity and unity. Filled with passion for music, hate for authority, and the lust to be heard, Ethereality conceptualized their debut EP, “The Reversal”, and spread their militant thoughts to the public on October 30th, 2013. Being exclusively released through “Total Deathcore”, a well respected underground metal promotion company that has also released bands the likes of “Infant Annihilator”, “Dysphoria”, and “Hester Prynne”, it’s clear Ethereality is turning heads. Influences such as “Between The Buried and Me”, “The Black Dahlia Murder”, “Whitechapel”, and “The Faceless” shine through in their first release, but Ethereality doesn’t plan on stopping there. Already in the process of writing new material, the band is keeping to their roots but still allowing the sound to be everchanging. Looking to further hone their craft, you can be assured they’ll constantly keep you guessing with not only their live performance, but their unique attack on music. Amidst the chaos of our current age, Ethereality rises as a band of the people, by the people, and for the people.
