Doug Rockwell

Doug Rockwell has been writing songs since the age of 8 years old. He has toured the country, had his music featured on radio, a PlayStation video game, and in music stores across the globe. As an educated audio engineer, he also produces, records, mixes and masters all of his own songs as well as countless amounts of bands and artists around the world. After fronting quite a few touring bands throughout his musical endeavors, Doug found himself entering a new chapter in his career: writing. In 2010, he teamed up with Grammy Winner Bill Grainer (Jennifer Hudson) and began writing and producing songs for artists in the UK and throughout Europe, and gained momentum with placements on NBC's The Voice, Discovery Channel's Auction Kings, DirecTV's Chiller Network, and other major networks. In 2012, Doug signed a management deal with BIG Management (whos roster has included David Guetta, Randy Jackson, Cher, Chris Willis, and many others) and a publishing deal with Shapiro, Bernstein & Co (Black Eyed Peas, Adam Lambert, Michael Jackson, etc.). After signing with BIG, Doug journeyed into a genre of music that he had never in a million years thought he'd end up writing for -- EDM. With it's popularity immensely growing all over the world, the opportunity seemed like a no-brainer. He began writing top-lines for DJ's such as Andrea Corelli, Laid Back Luke, Tiesto, Showtek, Paul Van Dyk, Jared Lee Gosselin, and other big names all over the globe. After a successful writing trip out in LA in June of 2013, Doug started working with Michelle Lewis (Jessica Simpson, Amy Grant, Raven Simone) on projects for Nickelodeon and Disney.
