DODGING DAYLIGHT

IIn 2010, Dodging Daylight was formed with the idea of bringing a blend of heavy, groove orientated guitar riffs to solid drum beats and screaming vocals. It would be a style of metal music best known for melting faces. The idea came to fruition when founder and guitarist Lanning Kann met vocalist Colby Miller in Vancouver, BC. In the years since then they have written two EP's; 2011's release 'For Your Health', and 2012's 'The Calm In Chaos.' The band has toured Canada and is known well for their energetic and professional live shows. Currently Dodging Daylight is refining their live show to be bigger and better as they play larger venues. With the popularity of the first two EP's, the band is also planning to record a full length album to be released in 2013. Writing is underway and the band is very excited about the new material stating that it will "sound like classic Dodging Daylight, but with more depth and power to it.
