Dj Osvaldo Nugroho

OSVALDO NUGROHO broke through the electronic dance scene in 2003, spinning in some of the most well-known clubs and events in Indonesia including Djakarta Warehouse Project 2013. He immediately made a name for himself among partygoers in the country as well as in Singapore and Malaysia. In 2005, Osvaldo moved to China where he began to produce his own music and release singles online. Osvaldo released his first album, Escapade001, in 2010, which received a warm reception from the the local electronic dance community. This was then followed by the release of a mini album, It's ON. Osvaldo's music gained greater recognition with the release of "Erase Una Vez" in 2011, which won the Paranoia Award for Best Local Dance Track and REDMA Awards for Track of the Year and Remix of the Year. Osvaldo also won the coveted REDMA Award for Producer of the Year and was rated as #13 of Indonesia's Top 50 DJs. The next year, he won the Paranoia Awards for Producer of The Year and Video Clip Of The Year for the song Mine, featuring Imela Kei. As the Brand Ambassador for Monkey Banana speakers and Superlux headphones, Osvaldo curently host his own monthly tutorial video called “Osvaldo At Work” and working on his second full-length album, Escapade002, which will contain collaborations with well known artists such as Imela Kei, Marcie Joy, and Ray Mack. www.osvaldonugroho.com
