Dhemag

Mexican band formed in early 2010 by brothers Arthur and Edgar Galvan, who belonged to the speed metal band called AVATAR, fans of heavy metal 80's, based on the "new wave British heavy metal", which took its peak from 1980 to 1984, strongly influenced by the music of this movement, some riffs retake the final group of the 70's to combine and shape 9 songs, most notably within the first two singles: Louder than hell and Dhemag (last troop of metal). In late 2012 and early this year end production of its first full-length entitled Mister Sinner, produced and mixed by Edgar Galvan in Dhemag Studios. After this work recruiting drummer decide Julio Muñoz, a friend of them and had already played together in two projects: Avatar Phobos speed metal and progressive. Also called bassist Ramón Gutiérrez old friend who also participated in the Avatar and the ancient influences of speed metal bands. And finally joins the band Miguel Fermes, guitarist, who on coming to play death metal band. In this work we can find members influences ranging from Thin Lizzy to Iced Earth, to the classics: Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Ozzy Osbourne through bands like Fates Warning and Queensryche. Consolidated DHEMAG alignment, set out to conquer the stage with Mister Sinner album, expected to see the light at the end of June, early July, so stay tuned for this new project that will give much to talk about! ======================================= Banda mexicana formada a inicios del 2010, por los hermanos Arturo y Edgar Galván, quienes pertenecieron a la banda de speed metal llamada AVATAR, seguidores del heavy metal de los 80’s, tomando como base la “nueva ola inglesa del heavy metal”, que tuvo su auge de 1980 a 1984, influenciados fuertemente por la música de este movimiento, retoman algunos riffs de grupos de los finales de los 70’ para combinarlos y darle forma a 9 temas, dentro de los que destacan los dos primeros sencillos: Louder than hell y Dhemag (last troop of metal). A finales del 2012 e inicios de este año terminan la producción de su primera larga duración titulada Mister Sinner, producido y mezclado por Edgar Galván en los Dhemag Studios. Concluida esta labor deciden reclutar al baterista Julio Muñoz, amigo de ellos y que ya habían tocado juntos en dos proyectos: Avatar de speed metal y Phobos de progresivo. También llaman al bajista Ramón Gutiérrez viejo amigo que también participo en el Avatar y que tiene influencia de las antiguas bandas de speed metal. Y por último se integra a la banda Miguel Fermes, guitarrista, quien el venia de tocar de bandas de death metal. En este trabajo se pueden encontrar las influencias de los integrantes que van desde Thin Lizzy hasta Iced Earth, pasando por los clásicos: Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden y Ozzy Osbourne pasando por bandas como Fates Warning y Queensryche.
