Devil On A Leash

Drop a double-shot of blues into a tall, frosty mug of good ol' American rock n roll and you'll be intoxicated with the sultry vocals and driving, riff-heavy instrumental sounds of Devil on a Leash. Spawned from the muddy depths of the Puget Sound, DoaL has entertained the masses at some of the top venues in the Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia area. After entertaining fans with the unique blues/garage/psychedelic sound of their debut album "Puppet Shadows", bassist Jake Nist, drummer Jeremy Kuntz, and guitarist Ben Stephan were joined by the vocal talents of one of Tacoma's most well-known singers, Voxxy (of Janis Lives and Voxxy Vallejo). As a foursome, the band is writing and performing a brand of music that draws from a wide-variety of influences from Pink Floyd and Queens of the Stone Age to Janis Joplin and Tom Waits.
