Detoxed

Detoxed est de retour avec une nouvelle voix et un nouvel album. Direct, énergique et accrocheur, ‘Modern Slavery’ réconcilie le Thrash des anciens avec le Metal moderne. La date de sortie de l’album est prévue pour le 17 octobre 2016 chez Send The Wood / Season Of Mist. Detoxed, originaire de Montpellier, est constitué de quatre musiciens. 2015 aura représenté un tournant dans l’évolution de Detoxed. Suite à un changement de line-up David Fantoni, déjà guitariste, prend le micro. Sa voix est exactement celle qui convient à la musique de Detoxed. et renforce l’identité musicale du groupe. Il s’agit d’un nouveau départ. C’est avec cette formation resserrée que la composition de l’album a pu se faire spontanément. Quelques mois après ce changement, l’album (10 titres) est enregistré. Le mixage et le mastering sont confiés à Brett Caldas-Lima (Tower Studio – Devin Townsend Project, Cynic, Septic Flesh, Sacred Reich, Hypno5e…). Disque précédent : It Was Written In Blood (EP - 2011) Le premier Ep autoproduit a été particulièrement bien accueilli par la presse Metal (Rock Hard, Metallian, Hard Rock Mag, MyRock, vs-webzine…). Et a été défendu sur scène notamment lors de premières parties de Darkest Hour, Eths et à la session 2012 du Wacken Metal Battle. Straight and punchy, ‘Modern Slavery’ combines old-school Thrash Metal and modern Metal. The album will be released on 2016, october 17th by Send the Wood / Season of Mist. Detoxed (Montpellier, France) is made of four musicians. 2015 was a turning point in the band history. The line-up changed and David Fantoni, already guitarist in the band, became the new singer. His voice suits perfectly to Detoxed music, and reinforces the band identity. This is a new start. A few months after this change, the new album (10 tracks) was recorded. Brett Caldas-Lima was in charge of the mixing and mastering (Tower Studio – Devin Townsend Project, Cynic, Septic Flesh, Sacred Reich, Hypno5e…).
