Dead for a Minute

I "Dead For A Minute" sono nati nel 2007 con l'arrivo del cantante Dario nel precendente gruppo "Deviants". Il genere svolto era diverso dall'attuale presentando sonorità nu-metal / hardcore. Una prima line up vedeva Stefano (batteria), Dario (voce), Nicolo e Alvise (chitarre) e Tonno (basso). Col passare degli anni, le influenze e gli interessi dei componenti cambiano, portando a vari cambi di formazione e di genere musicale; tra i componenti che negli anni hanno partecipato ci sono Jacopo (chitarra e voce), Luca (batteria / basso), Giovo (chitarra ex More Than Human). Nel 2010 i D4AM rimasti (Dario, Stefano, Tonno) trovano la loro stabilità con l'arrivo dei chitarristi Tommaso e Valerio. L'ingresso di un nuovo strumento nella band (tastiera) e quindi di un nuovo e fondamentale componente Francesco, ha portato ad una ricerca di qualcosa di diverso, creando un genere ibrido con un sound mai sentito prima. Dopo l'uscita dal gruppo di Tonno, ha preso il suo posto l'attuale bassista Riccardo. Nel 2011 la band decide con questa formazione di registrare le canzoni frutto del mix sonoro creato e del lavoro di quasi un anno di attività in una demo. All'inizio del 2012 la band prende la decisione di proseguire senza tastiere, rimpiazzando l'importante presenza di Francesco con l'utilizzo di basi. “Dead for a Minute” were born in 2007 with the coming of Dario, the new singer, in the former project “Deviants”. The genre was quite different from the current one, showing nu-metal/hardcore sonorities. Tha first line up was Stefano (drums), Dario (lead singer), Nicolò and Alvise (guitars), Tonno (Bass). Over the years, the several components interests and influences changed, bringing to changes in the band members and actually in the music played. Among the different members: Jacopo (Guitar and Vocals), Luca (Drum/Bass), Giovo (Guitar, former More Than Human player). In 2010 D4AM were just Dario, Stefano and Tonno and found their stability with two new guitars Tommaso and Valerio. And a new band mate was enrolled Francesco, keyboards player. This last change led the band to seeking for something new, bearing a hybrid genre with a completely brand new sound. After Tonno left the band, Riccardo came in as bass player. In 2011 the band chooses to record its songs, resulting from the sound mix created and from an entire year of work, producing an EP. At the beginning of 2012 the band decided to play without keyboards, replacing the important presence of Francesco with the use of bases.
