Coast Vega

‘Vega’is a native of Killeen, Texas and an influential sound designer, A Recording Artist , re-recording mixer & BMI registered songwriter . He is a graduate of SAE Institute of Technology Atlanta. Vega has had the pleasure of working with Grammy-Award winning engineers such as Kevin Wilson, Mike Trojanowski (Sister Haze), Kendrick Dean- Underneath their guidance, he developed his sound with eminent time-based effects giving his signature mixes a combination of depth and clarity.

He’s been apart of SXSW official artist Showcase in Austin tx, Honolulu island Tour 2014,Hiphop NYC edition rookie of the Year.With three projects under his belt he’s looking to prove himself once again with a new installation and perspective. Vega is responsible for creating much of the iconic sound in the short film, Cold City, directed by Kelechi Udis, as well as producing Homeless In NYC, directed by Matawan Matthew. He is also a voice-over actor and actor where he can be seen and heard on various projects like Native Sun (Post-Production), Harriet (Post-Production), Nappily Ever After (Released), and FOX’s critically acclaimed television series, The Resident.
