Civil Soul

Using an eclectic mix of Jazz Chords/Classical Technique/R&B Rhythms/ and Whimsical Indie Rocker Vocals, Civil Soul gives you a unique experience that will soothe and charm every element of your being. Civil Soul is simple and relatable yet intricate and obscure as he brings a fresh approach to a classic one-man busking setup. That one man is Brent Morgan, an Arkansas native who earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Central Arkansas. Aside from writing and performing as Civil Soul, Brent teaches private Piano/Guitar lessons at Preston Palmer Studios while also playing bass in the fabulous local psych-rock group, Open Fields. "His broad style aims to make one lose their inhibitions and move with the music while lyrically making use of progressive ideas to expand consciousness by questioning the ethics of modern society." -Lets Be Civil- Civil Soul is the solo musical project from multi-instrumentalist/songwriter Brent Morgan.
