Unprecedented, distinct, powerful and enigmatic some of the words that describe the voice of Chris Jones; a voice that brings life and character to any song, live performance or show. Chris Jones has a love and passion for music that has developed from child hood, songwriting, signing and performing from a young age. Coming from a rock background, Chris embarked upon acoustic rock as his musical platform working with a number of talented and well-respected producers and the legendary star vocal coach Stevie Lange. Through these projects, Chris started to develop his writing skills, and began creating songs at an amazing rate, and matured quickly as a solo artist. Chris’ vocals breathe a unique and star quality to any track that he writes and performs on, a talent that has accelerated him to being one of the most in demand vocalists to date. Chris was headhunted to write and perform in the Trance scene; he went on to work with one of the world’s top DJs Roger Shah. Together they collaborated on what was to become one of the biggest selling dance tracks of all time “Going Wrong”. The world’s number one DJ Armin van Buuren joined forces on the track with Roger and Chris and its popularity erupted. Chris performed the track live during Armin’s legendary ‘Armin Only’ world tour including Holland, Melbourne, Sydney, Romania, Poland, Belgium and the America's. Each performance was in front of tens of thousands of partygoers worldwide, at times barely able to hear the music as 20,000 adoring fans sang along. The name Chris Jones became synonymous with the no.1 dance hit "Going Wrong". Roger and Chris went on to collaborate on further popular trance hits and has seen Chris accompany Roger as a special guest on tour worldwide from Moscow to Mexico and beyond. Chris’ reputation for his perfect live sound, charismatic and energetic stage presence that guarantees to get everyone shouting and cheering for more has put him in a position of high demand globally for solo performances. As word of Chris’ talents spread throughout the industry, Holland’s chart topping commercial rock band Within Temptation engaged Chris to duet on their highly acclaimed single ‘Utopia’ on Sony, the track hit the charts across Europe peaking at Number 2 in Poland. Chris now heads up a fresh and exciting rock n roll band, the embryonic ‘Neverlanded’ along with co-writer and guitarist of the band Eller van Buuren.
