About Chase Arrington

Chase Arrington grew up listening to old Aerosmith tapes and aspired to play the guitar when he was ten years old. At age 14 he began to heavily immerse himself in the great guitar legends of the 80's and built a guitar in the image of one of his favorite guitar hero's guitars. Continuing to hone his skills as a musician, he began teaching guitar lessons and playing in several worship bands at a local church. Arrington attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his years attending college, Arrington wrote music and gigged regularly with various bands including a Birmingham based cover band, The Haulers. Logging over 50 shows with The Haulers in a mere five months, Arrington covered a 100 mile radius around Birmingham, Alabama's music scene. Following graduation, Arrington was offered an engineering position at a production factory in Mississippi. After only four months of employment, Arrington quickly came to the realization that in order to be truly happy he must realign his career with his passion for playing music. After only two years following his decision, Arrington released his first professional EP, Smoke & Arrows, with the Rock & Roll band Smoke & Arrows. On January 30, 2016, Arrington's first solo EP, Signs of Life, was debuted for a packed house at The M Lounge in Birmingham, Alabama. This album focuses primarily on instrumental music, allowing the listener to develop their own meaning throughout their experience. Signs of Life is a story about love, loss and hope; it is through our hope and faith that one day we will reunite with our loved ones again. Eight months following the release of Signs of Life, Arrington released the single "Spoken" with the acoustic duo, Firing Embers on September 5, 2016. "Spoken" has received airplay on several FM radio stations in the U.S. as well as many online radio stations worldwide. Throughout this project and his other endeavors over the years, Arrington has had the opportunity to share the stage with incredible musicians including Cowboy Troy, DJ Sinister, Sean Gasaway, Royal Bliss, John & Jacob, Days to Come, 7 Stone Riot, and Cahaba. Arrington continually strives to reach ever-greater heights in his career as he builds lasting, genuine relationships with his peers and fans along the way. Pursue your passion... Follow Your dreams!
