Ceiling Of Anvers

Ceiling of Anvers is a five piece metal/hardcore band hailing from Turin, Italy formed in 2013. Since the beginning the members were inspired by the downtuned sound of Meshuggah mixed with more melodic influences. The project came out with a single in 2013 titled “The Oracle” and one year later the band released their first EP, We All Live In Balance via Famined Records (USA). After going through a few line up changes in 2015 and 2016, vocalist Denny was replaced by the new frontman Marco, thus solidifying the final line up for this new album, with Emanuele Merico and Simone Campanale on guitars, Jak on drums and Gianluca Polignano on bass. With the addition of Marco, the band decided to refresh their sound and edit vocals that had already been recorded, helping the five piece finally find their new sound and reach new horizons. “Mirrored Realities” is the first single taken from the debut full length, Cognition, which will be coming out in late 2016. Ceiling Of Anvers is a project born in 2013 as a metal/hardcore band with Djent influences.
