Catechon

Catechon was born in 2013, under the sign of Raw Black Metal, in Mestre (Venice), Italy, enstablished by Morgue (vocals) and Dawn (guitar). The band went through some changes since the early days, Jackal (bass) and Sinister (drums) joined in, replacing the first musicians who proved to be inadequate. Thus, Catechon went on writing and recorded 'Il Richiamo di Orfeo' (2014), the first demo. Immediately after that, Dawn left the band due to personal quarrel with the other components; shortly after a new guitarist enlisted the legion, choosing Dusk as his warname. Since then, Catechon has brought hate and disgust around Italy, playing with some of the most infamous people in the Black Metal scene, italian and european, including Nocturnal Depression (Fra), Vanhelga (Swe), Handful Of Hate (Ita), Mortifera (Fra) and many others. Now the band has some Depressive Black Metal and Solemn Black Metal influences.
