Cast Off All Ties

Cast Off All Ties is a Melodic Hardcore band hailing from Morgantown, West Virginia. Being fully active as of Winter 2011, the band has been going beyond their limits to overcome the struggles they were up against just to make their dreams come true: to play music for their fans. Built around the “Do-It-Yourself” attitude, the band self-recorded and independently released its debut EP, Bury Your Heart, in June 2012 and shortly after focused on playing shows all over the WV area to promote their first effort. Doing so, Cast Off All Ties started to make a name for themselves in various places throughout the tri-state area thanks to the constant and relentless promotion of their newest release. Not long after the EP had been released, and while still touring, the band started brainstorming ideas for a new release, with a more mature and developed sound that could represent the band’s personal growth. With that idea in mind the new single, “From Parts Unknown”, was born, engineered by Brette Ciamarra of Studio 344 and released shortly after. Summer 2013 is looking bright for the band, as they are set to play Perseverance Fest in St Clairsville in June, and are trying to arrange a tour to keep promoting the new single and making a name for themselves all over the east coast.
