About Cassino
Cassino is a rock band from Huntsville, Alabama, created from the remnants of the band Northstar.
Cassino became official in August 2005. The group consists of two songwriters, Nick Torres and Tyler Odom, who have been making music together for the past decade. When Northstar ended in early 2005 these primary songwriters, Nick and Tyler, moved on and in a new direction. Time passed and the southern region from which they hail shaped the new sound that is Cassino; like someone finally feeling comfortable in their own skin. The group is currently without label representation. The newest record, Sounds of Salvation, came out on March 29, 2007.
