Burton has lost weight since the last time I saw him and he looks younger. He is THE Canadian legend who has done so much for Canada. He's paved the way for so many after him. The new guitarists are truly talented. Burton never disappoints. This was the 5th time I saw him in concert. My whole family just LOVES him. Hope he continues to give us a good time. Thank you with much affection,

Great concert! I love the stories and memories that Burton shares. This is easily the 10th time I've seen him play live. I remember lining up for a chance to meet him and get his autograph at the Toronto Eaton Centre many years ago.
A great mix of tunes! Burton still has so much energy and the boys in the band were fabulous too.
At 77, he's still got it! "Doing pretty good for the shape he's in!"
Thanks Burton, for a fantastic concert!

Great show. Was hoping to hear a couple of songs from his solo career e.g. Break It To Him Gently, Your Backyard, I Will Play a Rhapsody, Stand Tall, etc. He only played The Guess Who songs and a JJ Cale cover. Irrespective, it was a great show. Last saw him over 40 years ago and although is voice has lost some range, it is still classic Burton Cummings. Thanks for all the years of music you have given us.

About Burton Cummings
Britain had Eric Burdon, America had John Fogerty, and Canada had Burton Cummings, the unmistakable voice of the original The Guess Who’s classic hits. Cummings' powerhouse pipes became the driving force of the group. With Cummings at the helm as lead singer and principal songwriter with the original The Guess Who, Burton recorded and wrote/co-wrote hits such as “These Eyes,” “Laughing,” “No Time,” “American Woman,” “Share the Land,” “Hand Me Down World,” “Albert Flasher”, “Star Baby”, “Clap for The Wolfman,” and “No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature”. In the fall of 1975, ten years after joining the Guess Who, the band broke up and Burton Cummings moved on to pursue a long-anticipated solo career. As a solo artist, he leaves his mark with the poignant “Stand Tall,” “I’m Scared,” “You Saved My Soul,” and his signature “My Own Way to Rock”.
With the original The Guess Who, Burton earned recognition for the first U.S. platinum album by a Canadian artist and, as a solo artist, the first quadruple platinum Canadian-produced album. Burton is honoured to have received, in total, 80 platinum and gold record awards.
Burton Cummings remains at the top of his game as an unrivalled singer, songwriter, showman, and recording artist. Described as Canadian rock ‘n’ roll royalty, a national treasure, and a living legend, for Burton Cummings there has always been one constant: he remains true to himself and his own way to rock…and continues to perform the songs the way they were originally conceived by the artist who sang and wrote/co-wrote them.
