Bo Haan = smooth grooves + pop moves. A master of his own brand of morally-ambiguous funk-pop, Bo Haan is a solo musical artist and the gyrating half of the Los Angeles electronica duo The Blemish. In 2015, Haan self-released “Funkified” - an album of funked-up cover songs - as a semi-satirical side project poking fun at the mind-numbing simplicity of modern pop music. The album quickly gained traction in the underground electrofunk and dance community, and the groove man took the hint and followed up with a series of singles all with a unique lyrical focus on challenging traditional monogamous relationships. Since then, Haan appears to have found his niche audience and has had continued success with his formula of infectious grooves, catchy hooks, and polyamorous musings.
