Black Shiva

Black Shiva was originally formed by Boris and Matt. Their intention was to mix metal with low guitars and heavy riffs, and hardcore with groovy drums and catchy breaks... The addition of Wlad on bass introduced a solid and dark sound to the music. The line-up was completed by Fab, who brought powerful and sensitive hardcore vocals to the group... BLACK SHIVA is not the first band for its members, who have already been a part of bands like: Prejudice-Gva , One Last Chance, Amok, and Shunt. A 6-track EP was recorded in early 2011. Then followed shows and writing new materials. Early 2014, Wlad left the band due to a busy schedule. He has been replaced by Lyes who all ready played some shows with the band. This year has been dedicated to write and record what will be Black Shiva’s first full length album « When Evil Lives ». This album is a mix between the band first Hardcore métal influence and the influences of crust, dark music ; mostly new materials and songs that went trough the years, building up their style over the years…. As the band attempt to be special, they worked on every aspect of the recording, mixing, mastering and release. The concept of the cover artwork, especially made in addition of the music atmosphère will definetely define « when Evil Lives » as a special release. The 13 songs LP will be release on vinyl in November on BAD MOOD RECORDS and HANNIBAL RECORDS.
