Ball and Chain - Social Distortion Tribute Band - MILANO

Since Nov 2002, Andre & Kappa decided to start the "Ball and Chain" project, because of their love and respect for one their favourite band: Social Distortion. Two acoustic guitars and one voice, just like Mike Ness did for some b-side singles of SD discography.The project was really enjoyable even for people who didn't know about Social Distortion. In June 2005 Ball and Chain were joined by Roby, former member of Unbroken Faith. Roby and Andre had the time of their life when they met Mike, Johnny, Charlie and Brent in Bologna for the Indipendent Day festival: they talked about the Ball and Chain project and the band seemed very interested. Ball and Chain recorded their version of "Reach for the sky" performed with female singer NadiaRock and sent it to Social Distortion...We know that they liked that version very much. In Apr 2006, Nico joined the band, and in Oct 2007, Mike joined B&C. In 2009, Andead (the original project of Andrea and Roby) opened for Social Distortion at the Rock In Idro festival; right after that, Social D invited the guys to their show in Amsterdam.
