About Andalucia
Andalucia is the type of mix you'll only hear in Brazil. With a wide range of influences the band brings a different touch to the alternative rock scene. It's about class and rock n' roll.
Andalucia was formed in March 2007 in Curitiba when three friends from Porto Velho decided to start playing. The initial line-up was Argos and Paulo at the guitars and Thiago (but you can call him Beto) at the bass. As they didn't know any drummers, Paulo had to learn how to play the drums. Thiago didn't play anything before the band so he also had to learn his new instrument as the band started. Later Kelson, the second guitarrist, joined the band. In march 2008 the band got a new bassist called Pato (but named Raphael) and in july Hugo (Kelson's brother and also known as the fifth element) joined in bringing the digital flavour to the band and finally forming the actual line-up.
