Alberto Pérez

DJ Alberto Pérez was born and raised in Cuba, so music runs in his veins. But it wasn’t until he moved to Canada, when he discovered house music and the international club scene that his passion for music turned into a successful DJ career.

Well known in Montreal’s prolific DJ scene, DJ Alberto has quickly become one to watch for. With his friendly personality, professionalism, eclectic musical taste and attention to details behind the decks; he has won the respect and love of fans.

DJ Alberto has brought his unique style to pretty much every gay club in Montreal (including Parking, Unity, Sky Pub, Appollon, Katakombes, etc.), as well as some of the afterhours (Red Lite and Circus). Also to clubs in other cities, like the legendary YOYO Palais in Paris, FLY Nightclub in Toronto, PLUR and Babylon Club in Ottawa and Le Drague in Quebec City. He has also played for some of the most popular parties in town including BlackKKnighT, PIG, BUNKER, MACHO, Divers/Cité and Fierté Montreal (Pride).

DJ Alberto's music beautifully mixes the classic, the new, the underground and the popular. With a touch of funk and his native Latin flavor, he aims to tell you a story with each set he plays.
