Alastria

We are Alastria, a symphonic power metal band from Canterbury (UK). Formed initially in the spring of 2014 by keyboardist and songwriter Anthony Thompson, the band finally started to take shape nearly a year later after several lineup changes, being joined along the way by Craig Rogers (Bass), Kelsey Graham (Vocals), Jaeme Somerville (Guitar), Kai Thompson (Drums) and Jack Toulson (Guitar). After departing on the journey of a lifetime to Japan, Jack's place was subsequently filled by current guitarist, Felipe Anargyrou, bringing together the lineup you see on stage today. While on the one hand aspiring to the greats in the genre, as a band our individual influences stretch over the entire metal spectrum, and even outside of it, and it's our hope to incorporate these varied influences to bring you all something new and exciting.
