About Adam Zampino
Adam Zampino improvises, composes, and performs live music primarily on piano and keyboard instruments. Since 2000, he has been the keyboardist for the West African ensemble MAMADOU, sharing in winning several awards as well as the prestigious Boston Music Award. As a solo recording artist, he has released several piano and instrumental albums. Says Adam, "Music transcends language barriers, shares emotion, and keeps the mind in motion." In addition to his music, Adam is a Director and one of the founders of the non-profit organization called A3D, Inc. (African Development through Drum and Dance).
