A Darkened Reflection

Alex and Sebastian had been jamming and writing music together since October 2010. However they needed a lead singer. Alex knew Paul from their fencing academy, and when Paul told him that his band Centrifuge had broken up, Alex decided to have him audition for a singing position. Shawn and Andy had been in a band together since 2009 named Torn In Two, and Alex convinced them to take the unfilled spots in the band. After a few hours together, they were already writing music as a team. A Darkened Reflection was formed. Taking their influences from various rock and metal icons, they have honed their sound into something accessible but unique, blending elements of many styles and artists.
