8 Bit Johnson

8 Bit Johnson formed in the Fall of 2012 out of the joined love of Jonas Newhouse and William White. For three and a half years, the two co-wrote many of the songs together, and wrote quite a few apart as well. The band recorded their debut album "You Like 8 Bit Johnson" over a year as a result of a successful indiegogo campaign. They have played in most of the available venues both on and off campus, even playing a bit in the Twin Cities area. At current time Newhouse & White are preparing a move to California to restart the project with new members. 8 Bit Johnson is that band you like, you know the one. LA-based, Minnesota born, and ready to play nice songs for you real good.
